Opened to mark Expo 2015, this offers a unique opportunity to admire the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II from above. It is situated on the historic iron walkways used for maintenance work on the Galleria. As you walk amongst the glass and metal, you can immerse yourself in the history and fascinating facts surrounding Giuseppe Mengoni’s masterpiece, whilst enjoying a fresh perspective from which to appreciate its most iconic architectural details.
ARTSPACE
The Clock Room
Situated directly above the triumphal arch at the entrance to the Galleria from Piazza del Duomo, the hall serves as a place for people to meet and engage in dialogue, giving a voice to art.
This is where ARTSPACE comes to life: a fluid and versatile exhibition space that serves as a hub for culture, talks, workshops and a wide range of events.
ROOFTOP
The tour ends on the roof of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, where there is a panoramic terrace that remains unknown to many, offering the highest vantage point amongst the buildings overlooking Piazza del Duomo.
