Bosco Verticale (Vertical Forest) and Hotel VIU, urban nature in Milan. A unique skyscraper with this particular feature: it hosts more than 2,000 types of plants. We are not in New York but in Milan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bosco Verticale, in addition to having won the award for best skyscraper in the world, was an inspiration for the Hotel VIU Milan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since 2006, the Province of Milan, in collaboration with the Politecnico, launched a project for the reforestation of Milan\u2019s city and hinterland. \u201cThe city belongs to those who live in it\u201d: in this respect, Milano ranks, after Sondrio, as the city with the most square meters occupied by greenery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Both structures support the new concept of urban nature that is to introduce \u201cgreen\u201d elements to improve the beauty of places, thus joining the awareness of people taking up the challenge to build something beautiful.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Located in the Centro Direzionale di Milano, near Isola neighborhood, Bosco Verticale, has become one of the great landmarks of Milan, attracting numerous tourists from all over the world. The Hotel VIU Milan, on the other hand, is in via Fioravanti, about 1 km away from Bosco Verticale.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we have to wait to see the hotel side walls completely covered by vegetation, but the wait will surely be rewarded by the result.<\/span><\/p>\n
